We deliver daily and specialist cleaning services to commercial and residential properties across London and the South East, as well as major cities nationwide — supporting both standalone sites and national framework portfolios. Operating from our offices in Kent, London, Birmingham and Newcastle, we employ over 600 trained operatives who work closely with property managers, FM companies, landlords and building owners.

Founded in 1968, Thames remains a proud family-owned business. We are led by a 15-strong senior management team with deep industry experience and long-standing service within the company. This team oversees all operations and maintains a visible, hands-on presence across our contracts. Our core services include daily contract cleaning and high-level external window cleaning. We also deliver a full range of support services including consumables and washroom supplies, recycling and waste management, early morning and evening cleaning, housekeeping and periodic deep cleans.
