 Michael Weller - Chief Executive
Michael took over ownership of the company from his father back in the early 1980's and throughout that period to date has won numerous entrepreneurial awards for both business style and lead. He keeps close to the Managing Director making sure that, as a team, all requirements are achieved.
 Alex Weller - Managing Director
Alex joined Thames in 1999. He completed a very extensive internal development programme throughout all services and now holds the Managing Director's Office. Alex oversees and directs all aspects of the business.
 David Jackson - Operations Director
David was promoted from the general management team to Operations Director back in 2004. David, via his operational management team, ensures that all client expectations are achieved at all times along with all staffing and recruitment, internal development, training, health & safety, environmental and quality management policies and procedures.
 Clive Saint - Window Cleaning Director
Clive has worked for Thames for over 30 years and communicates closely with the Operations Director. His vast experience in specialised window cleaning services is essential for the window cleaning team for both standards and health & safety.
